Coding away since 2008...

I am primarily a front end developer having hold lead positions, managed teams and mostly worked with CMS (Wordpress & Drupal).

In my last position, I got exposed to React and helped building a website and apps. I am keen to pursue using this modern JS library going forward.

Lightfoot travel

Drupal 8 powered website for a luxurious travel agent. This project was done for a London based web design agency - Graphic Alliance.

I was fully involved for the front-end of this website in terms of making up the (PHP Symfony) Twig templates along with the (S)CSS for it. This site is fully responsive.

This website is full of CSS only and sometimes interactive modules such as this world map where users can seelct a destination to find out more.

Drawing United

Wordpress 5 powered website for a personal project of mine. This site aims at dealing with environmental issues by raising awareness via a collective of artists.

I worked from an existing WP theme - Hitchcock, which I have been extended by adding new templates and customised its appearance. I have also converted it to use SCSS as its CSS preprocessor.

The development is still ongoing and will include the plugin of a shop using WooCommerce or similar, a React component which will allow artists to post art to a (web) wall to show their support to online campaigns.

This single web page is made up using HTML5 markup. I have been using it on other hand in all my recent development work.

SASS/SCSS

SASS (with the SCSS syntax) has been my CSS preprocessor of choice for many years now. From using SASS placeholders to write SASS functions, this ensures organised, concise and optimised CSS stylesheets for websites or apps I build

Content Management System

Drupal and Wordpress have been two platforms I have extensively been using to mostly build websites. I am comfortable with working on the back and front end of php powered web applications

Agile & Scrum methodologies

Througout my career, I have been exposed and applied Scrum and Agile methodologies. From code sprints to Kanban board system, my experience in working for web agencies is an asset.
